Our programmes are suitable for players of different ages and ability levels, from developing young players to more advanced athletes looking to take their game to the next level.

Absolutely. Players do not need to be experienced to work with us. We assess each athlete's current ability and tailor our coaching to their individual needs and goals.

Our coaching can cover ball handling, shooting, finishing, footwork, passing, decision-making, movement, defence, confidence, basketball IQ and overall game understanding.

Yes. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all approach. We identify areas that need improvement and structure sessions around the athlete's individual strengths, weaknesses and goals.

BLaw Training was founded by Benjamin Lawmann, an experienced basketball coach and former professional player. Alongside his playing and coaching experience, Benji has worked with athletes at different stages of their development, including players progressing towards professional and academy-level opportunities.

BLaw Training was established in 2018 and has been developing players and creating basketball opportunities for athletes for almost eight years.

Yes. One-to-one coaching is avaiable for athletes looking for focused, individualised development. Sessions are designed around the specific areas of the game the player needs to improve.

Our one-to-one coaching is £100 per hour, excluding court hire where applicable. We also offer coaching packages for athletes who want to commit to a longer-term development programme.

Yes. We offer packages designed to provide athletes with consistency and structure in their development. Current packages include 3, 5 and 7 sessions.

Yes. Our game analysis service allows athletes to receive professional feedback on their performances. We look at areas such as decision-making, positioning, shot selection, movement, defensive habits and overall basketball IQ.

Yes. Our basketball education and consultation sessions can include breaking down professional games, helping athletes understand why players make certain decisions and how those concepts can be applied to their own game.

Yes. Our online sessions are designed to be interactive. Athletes can ask questions, discuss plays and receive feedback rather than simply watching a presentation.

Yes. We work with athletes who have ambitious of progressing to higher levels of basketball. While we cannot guarantee contracts, scholarships or professional opportunities, we can help players understand what is required and work towards developing the skills , habits and understanding needed to progress.

Yes. This is one of the key benefits of individualised coaching and game analysis. We can identify areas for development and provide clear practical feedback that the athlete can work on.

Yes. We run basketball camps, clinics and development opportunities throughout the year. Follow our social media channels or check out our website for upcoming dates.

Our sessions take place at selected basketball venues across South London and surrounding areas. The location will be confirmed when booking.

Where possible, we provide basketballs for training although players are welcome to bring theior own. Athletes should always bring appropriate basketball footwear, comfortable sports clothing and plenty of water.

Yes. Parents and guardians can book coaching on behalf of their child. For younger athletes, we recommend discussing their goals with us so we can make sure the coaching is appropriate for their age and development stage.

Our cancellation policy requires at least 7 day's notice for cancellations or changes. Please check the booking terms for the specific service before making your booking.
